Important Reminders.
Rent is due on the 1st, late fee of 5% applied on the 6th.
Eviction is filed on the 10th unless owner approves a payment plan.
If a payment plan is approved, a promise to pay must be signed in our office with a notary.
Deposit cannot be used for rent, during the lease term.
We will complete quarterly inspections. This is to ensure the property upkeep (functionality of HVAC, roof, appliances, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is operating as it should.
We represent the owner in every transaction; however, we will always show you fairness, honesty and diligence.
