application process
Below is a step by step and our guidelines for approval.
To avoid scamming and false representation, we do not allow for applications to be submitted without speaking to a prospective renter first. This is part of our process to ensure we are dealing with the person you say you are, and vice versa.

No self guided tours are allowed.
income requirement
Due to recent law changes hitting the southeast, we are jumping ahead of the curve on income requirements.
Combined household gross income must meet or exceed 30% higher than the rental rate.
submit application
The rental application is completed via docusign and Screening is completed through Transunion.

We do not deny for eviction filings, we will deny for lockouts in the past 3 years.

We do not deny for medical or school loans, we will deny for past due balances to former landlords or utility companies.

You will be requested to submit your income documents and ID via your application. We need ONE MONTH of income.
